when sand paper ties itself around your neck

blistering skin when gulping for air

when water in the face does not wake you up

but drowns you in the driver’s seat

sticking your neck out for friends in the pound

they strap on a dog collar and drag you around

it shows & tells, it sows the seeds

where we are normalcy, it grows into what a

generation looks like but does not feel

when systems collapse and minds do snap

keyboard warriors stand up for the first time

but only to stretch their backs

How it is written

Indecency has

a tendency

to ineffectuality

within the

space-time as

the curve of

the gilding

upon the back of

a black mirror

for scrying
