/Whose Face?/ THE LAME ONES ARE ALWAYS LATE /

 

It isn’t broken, I didn’t plug it in

Like my favourite decade, it just takes a while to get going

I hope my impediment means I’m still in line for the promotion

Is it wishful thinking to presume I’ll improve

Or am I throwing away a chance to be a 100% me

And becoming a ¼ of what you and your peers are?
